While I had been looking forward to enjoying the on-site restaurant, it was sadly out of service, leaving me to rely on takeout for dinner—a minor inconvenience considering the ample dining options nearby. On the bright side, the hotel boasts impressive amenities such as a 24-hour indoor pool, sauna, and fitness center which I took advantage of after long days of meetings. The convenient location right off the freeway allowed for easy exploration of local attractions, and the generous size of the room was perfect for both relaxing and working. In an era where connectivity is crucial, the free WiFi and plenty of electrical outlets in the room were indispensable for keeping all our devices charged and ready. In summary, Shilo Inn offers a solid choice for business travelers or families, especially those who appreciate a home-like environment. With cozy accommodations and a range of facilities, it’s easy to unwind or prepare for the next business meeting. While I left with fond memories, I hope to see their restaurant back in action on my next visit!
